Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to get your order ready as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items leave our factory within 5–7 business days after your order is placed. If a product has a different processing time, it will be noted on the product page. Once your order has shipped, standard nationwide courier delivery times will apply.

How long does delivery take after shipping?
For orders shipping to major cities and main centres in South Africa, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched. Deliveries to more remote or outlying areas may take a little longer. Please also note that delivery times may be extended during the festive season due to high courier volumes.

How can I track my order?
We’ll keep you updated by email or SMS at every stage of your order’s journey. If you’re unable to track your shipment using the courier’s system, just email us at noorhaco@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help you track it down.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
